Let's create a safe place for you to be able to explore; whether you need to explore your anxiety, self-esteem, or even past trauma. I enjoy helping others work on understanding, learning how to manage, and work throught symptoms. I have insight within the Latinx community and enjoy working on stopping generational trauma. Trauma is a difficult journey to work through, however, it is not impossible. We will begin this journey by allowing yourself to be open and curious throughout this process. Let's set realistic goals and take one step at a time.

I am a trained therapist in EMDR which means, I have completed a 50 hour in an EMDR therapist training course (20 hours of training, 20 hours of practicum, and 10 hours of consultation). EMDR is an evidence based therapeutic approach that enables people to heal and become emotionally functional; by using bilateral stimulation to help your brain process the negative thoughts, trauma, and life experiences that have been stuck. It has been use to treat past traumas, anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, phobias, etc. Let's talk more about it and contact us.
